Important Restrictions to Keep in Mind

Prohibited/ restricted Items (as deemed by the FAA (US Federal Aviation Administration), US Customs, our Cargo Airline or by the government of Trinidad and Tobago) are items that are defined as any quantity of flammable, explosive or corrosive materials, all camouflages items, etc. and will be put on hold in Miami and will not be sent until we receive further instructions from you. If in doubt, please contact us before ordering such items. Please note that any illegal substances that we encounter will be reported to the US CBP (Customs and Border Patrol) and subsequently confiscated after testing.

Items Requiring Special Shipping Licenses

These items include but are not limited to:

Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) and Dangerous Goods

These items can be shipped after being registered with Homeland Security and inspected by the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration). They are considered hazardous or dangerous goods and require special handling, packaging and paperwork. The processing and shipping of these items occur every 1-2 weeks and will not be sent until the FAA safety inspector approves the package to be safe for flight, all appropriate paper work has been filed and fees paid to the FAA inspector. HAZMAT items are also to be placed in a special part of the airplane in case it catches afire. There are special handling and processing fees for these items which we bare on your behalf and will be further billed to you. Please note we do NOT ship HAZMAT items via sea freight.
