Important Restrictions to Keep in Mind

Prohibited/ restricted Items (as deemed by the FAA (US Federal Aviation Administration), US Customs, our Cargo Airline or by the government of Trinidad and Tobago) are items that are defined as any quantity of flammable, explosive or corrosive material and will be put on hold in Miami and will not be sent until we receive further instructions from you, when all appropriate paper-work has been files and paid, if even possible. If in doubt, please contact us before ordering such items.

  17. Animal oils, fats and greases, unrefined
  18. Fatty acids and solid residues from the treatment of oils and fats
  19. Vegetable fats
  20. Left Hand Drive vehicles
  21. Used Right Hand Drive vehicles
  22. Used Right Hand Drive Garbage compactors exceeding 15 tonnes (15000 kg) MGW
  23. Paper for wrapping tobacco or cigarettes

Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) and Dangerous Goods

These items can be shipped after being registered with Homeland Security and inspected by the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration). They are considered hazardous or dangerous goods and require special handling, packaging and paperwork. The processing and shipping of these items occur every 1-2 weeks and will not be sent until the FAA safety inspector approves the package to be safe for flight, all appropriate paper work has been filed and fees paid to the FAA inspector. There are special handling and processing fees for these items which we bare on your behalf and will be further billed to you.
